Candied Walnuts
Candied Walnuts are a great addition to many fall foods, like sweet potatoes, squashes and pumpkin pies! They are great in salads, on ice cream, or even added to chicken salad sandwiches!

Candied Walnuts
Put some walnuts in a bowl, and coat them with vegetable oil. You can use walnut halves or crushed walnuts.

Now coat them in brown sugar. Make sure all the walnuts are coated.

Spread the walnuts out on a foil lined pan. I use the toaster oven to bake them at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then I switch the setting to toast, and toast them for about 10 minutes.

Let them cool, and try not to eat them all at once!
